  • Main Hall rate is for twelve(12) hours and includes tables and chairs with set-up.

  • Game and Card Rooms rate is for seven (7) hours and includes tables and chairs with set-up.

  • All vendors must be licensed and insured.

  • A Nonrefundable Reservation Deposit of 25% (twenty five percent) must be made to secure your date on the schedule. This Reservation Deposit will be applied towards your rental balance.

  • Renter is required to provide certificate of liability insurance showing limits of $1,000,000.00 for bodily injury and property damage, naming St. Augustine Shores Service Corporation and its Board of Directors as additional insured. You may purchase the certificate online at www.theeventhelper.com or www.wedsafe.com.

  • The kitchen is available only to professional catering company; SHORES does not allow individual renters to bring/make food onsite for use at your event.

  • The kitchen is available only to a professional catering company that’s licensed and insured.
